About Us

Zephyrs Strength and Performance was born from a conversation over a breakfast fit for champions—steak and eggs. Our founders, former collegiate athletes and long-time volunteer coaches with the Zephyrs Track Club, saw firsthand the impact they were making on athletes within the club. They knew they could offer that same value to a wider community.

We are scientists, technicians, and technologists with a shared passion for sports performance. Over the years, we’ve helped develop top-tier athletes through science-based training designed to complement and enhance the work athletes are already doing with their teams and coaches.

We are Zephyrs Strength and Performance.
